To identify either maintenance/service need to be performed.
To preserve human thermal comfort in working area/environment.
To save monthly bill cost due to inefficient AC System.
To ensure the AC System components have long lifespan.
To determine current energy consumption of AC System.
To maximize the efficiency of AC & ducting System.
In order to perform the Air Conditioning performances inspection, there are several variables need to be checked to determine the current Coefficient of Performance (COP) of the system.
COP is the ratio of the energy output to the input. The energy output appears as useful heat at a higher temperature than the surroundings while the energy input is supplied by electricity which is compressor.
Theoretically, COP is the efficiency of refrigeration system. Higher COPs of an air conditioning system, lower the energy consumption generate by the system.
From the calculation of COP based on the data provided from the site, the efficiency of current air conditioning system can be identified.
Then, clients can decide either to maintain /service the air conditioning system or not based on the system current performance.
